Your incredible meal at one of the top steakhouses in the Southwest starts with the “Great Beginnings” and among your choices are the Southwestern Sautéed Escargot, Sake Tuna Tartare with a Wasabi Crème Fraîche, Bacon- Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeños or the not-to-bemissed Steak Soup. Salad selections include the signature Spinach Salad with warm bacon and cognac dressing, or the amazing Avacodo and Grapefruit with a secret French dressing recipe.

The entrées are both exotic and tantalizing, from a gourmet salad and the freshest seafood to top-quality beef. The 14-oz In-House Dry-aged Kansas City Chop melts in your mouth while the Steak Diane is in a class of its own. Order them with signature sides like Green Chile Cassarole, Twice Baked Potato, or Asparagus Au-Gratin. If seafood is your preference, Mesa Street Grill boasts some of the freshest, most of which is flown in daily. The Mandy’s Salmon, marinated in soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, pepper, and lemon juice always satisfies. For a culinary flair try the Breaded Lamb Rack with mushroom and shallot demi-glacé. Other phenomenal dishes include Seafood Bouillabaisse and the Chateaubriand.

The extensive and award-winning wine list will suit anyone, from the occasional wine drinker to the hardest-to-please connoisseur. Special Wine-Maker Dinners are held quarterly with entrées customized to complement the wine and entire meal.
